Due to Indonesian customs regulations, international shipments sent to Indonesia may require additional identification information from the recipient. For shipments to Indonesia, the recipient may need to provide one of the following when the parcel is processed by customs:

• Indonesian Tax ID Number (NPWP)

• Indonesian National Identity Number (NIK) (for Indonesian citizens)

• Passport number (for recipients who are foreigners)

• Indonesian driver’s license number

If this information is not provided, customs clearance may be delayed or the shipment may be held until the necessary identification is submitted. 

We recommend that customers in Indonesia include the appropriate identification number when placing their order or provide it to us after the order is made so we can include it on the customs declaration form.

Other Countries

While most destinations do not require the recipient’s passport or ID number for standard food and gift shipments, some customs authorities may ask for additional details — especially for personal parcels. If customs contacts you for additional documentation (such as proof of identity or supporting invoices), please respond promptly to avoid delivery delays.

For example, some customers have reported that customs in certain countries (including Ireland) may ask for identity verification or additional paperwork before releasing parcels. Always check the relevant customs rules for your destination before ordering.

Customer Responsibilities and Customs Fees

• All shipments are declared accurately with item descriptions and values.

• Import taxes and duties may be charged by the destination country’s customs office. These charges are not included in the shipping fee you pay at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise arranged.

• If your shipment is delayed due to missing documentation or customs inquiry, you may be contacted by your local postal service or customs office.
